Experience DermaSweep® MD, an amped up version of microdermabrasion that packs a one-two punch: exfoliation and pigment treatment.
DermaSweep® Microdermabrasion system eliminates the messy and painful crystals other systems uses to remove dead skin. Instead, DermaSweep® features a closed system with a variable-level vacuum pump. It gently lifts the skin surface as the device “sweeps away” the dead skin layer, resulting in a deep peel and polish of your skin.
DermaSweep® Epi-Infusion treatments combine exfoliation with the delivery of skin specific topical solutions, which results in fresher feeling, and better looking skin. These topical solutions are formulated to treat specific dermatological conditions
DermaSweep® Epi-Infusion is the perfect addition following the DermaSweep® Microdermabrasion treatment. This treatment is also referred to as the “hydra or water facial”. Epi-Infusion is a topical infusion of vitamin or dermatological solution used to treat specific skin conditions. Epi-Infusion delivery combines therapy using our precision bristle combinations with simultaneous topical delivery of the physician’s choice of appropriate solution. The treatment is safe and painless. The strengths, combination of solutions, and level of vacuum pressure are completely regulated to offer exactly the strength and depth needed.
Infusion options include:
- Vitamin C Infusion for hydration and brightening.
- Hyaluronic Acid Infusion for hydration for all skin types.
- Skin Lightening Infusion for hyperpigmentation (dark spots).
- Salicylic Acid Infusion for acne and clogged pores.
Smooth, radiant skin can be yours with this non-invasive technology. Many patients notice an improvement in skin texture and luminosity after the first treatment. For maximum results, a series of 6 or more treatments are recommended.
What is microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is a skin-revitalizing treatment that helps repair skin that is damaged from the sun, scars, acne, and the unwanted effects of aging.
A trained professional uses gentle abrasion with suction to remove (or peel) the dead, outer layer of skin in order to stimulate and reveal new healthy skin underneath.
DermaSweep® offers the latest innovations in particle-free microdermabrasion and revolutionary patent-pending treatment bristle tips for tailored and optimal results.
What is skin resurfacing or skin rejuvenation?
Skin resurfacing and skin rejuvenation are terms commonly used to describe microdermabrasion (see above). There are different methods of skin resurfacing ranging from sand blasting to chemical peels. DermaSweep® eliminates the discomfort of sand blasting and utilizes particle-free technology.
How does DermaSweep® work?
DermaSweep® features a closed system with a variable-level vacuum pump that gently lifts the skin surface as the device “sweeps away” the dead layer of skin in a precise and controlled manner. The skin is left smoother as the vacuum action of the wand stimulates blood flow and cleans the pores. The increased blood flow encourages collagen formation thus firming and toning the epidermis. Using the Epi-Infusion option, skin specific solutions can be directly applied to the skin leaving patients with fresher-feeling and better-looking skin.
DermaSweep®’s patent-pending treatment tips are available in up to 9 combinations for comfort and precise results. Selecting the appropriate tip, infusion solution and adjustable vacuum pressure delivers safe, controlled and optimal results.

Why is DermaSweep® better than other exfoliation and microdermabrasion treatments?
Our revolutionary microdermabrasion system eliminates the messy and painful crystals often used by alternative systems to remove dead skin.
Bristles really matter! DermaSweep® enables airflow through the bristles to allow the skin to be gently drawn into the bristle for a more effective and less irritating exfoliation. Our polyester or nylon bristle tips fully eliminate the mess and hazards associated with traditional crystal systems. Our patent-pending bristles prevent the build up of keratin on the wand, that has been a problem with other particle-free systems.
This unique, efficient use of vacuum pressure and bristles are then customized for each treatment depending on skin type, desired level of exfoliation, and results.
DermaSweep® results is a clean, consistently effective treatment. Patients see a noticeable skin improvement with fewer treatments, and improved results even with the first treatment.
What is DermaSweep®’s Epi-Infusion?
DermaSweep® Epi-Infusion treatments combine exfoliation with the delivery of skin-specific topical solutions, leaving patients with fresher feeling and better looking skin.
DermaSweep®’s topical solutions are formulated to treat specific dermatological conditions. The solution is applied under vacuum pressure at the same time the system exfoliates the epidermis. Physicians render an effective treatment tailored to each patient’s unique skincare needs.
The following is a short list of skin conditions and topical solutions that can be addressed with the Epi-Infusion wand:
- Acne- Salicylic acid, a medicated solution for the treatment of acne and clogged pores.
- Dehydration- Hyaluronic acid containing aloe vera and chamomile. This solution is especially formulated for normal to dry, combination, and sensitive skin.
- Hyperpigmentation- Skin brightening solution with hydroquinone, azelaic acid and kojic acid works to lighten pigmentation.
Is the treatment painful or come with side effects?
The treatment is painless.
The hazards associated with traditional microdermabrasion are eliminated. DermaSweep® does not use aluminum oxide crystals that can remain embedded in the skin and cause irritation. Our revolutionary, patent-pending bristle tip technology causes less irritation to the skin, while at the same time allowing a more comfortable, aggressive, and rejuvenating treatment.
You may feel mild tightening or tingling after exfoliation, but the skin will be quite smooth. The moisture of any topical treatment will leave your skin with a cool, refreshed feeling.
An antioxidant enriched sunscreen is essential to use afterwards since the exfoliated skin has temporarily lost some of its natural protection to the environment. It is recommended to avoid sun exposure and tanning for a few days.
What will my skin look after treatment?
Your skin will be instantly smoother and you will notice a vibrant glow after the first treatment. Hyperpigmentation, acne scars, fine lines, and stretch-marks will lessen gradually over a series of microdermabrasion treatments.
When will I see results?
Your skin will have a warm, pinkish glow that may last up to 30 minutes. Your post-treatment care is simple and easy and will be explained by your physician or spa professional.
How long will the results last?
Lasting and more significant results will occur after 4 to 6 treatments spaced over 10 days to two weeks apart, supported by a daily post treatment routine.
If you’re undergoing microdermabrasion in combination with laser skin rejuvenation (photorejuvenation or chemical peels), then the results will last much longer.
Will I miss work or need to stay indoors?
In most cases you can return to your normal activities after the DermaSweep® treatment. However, it is advisable to avoid direct sun exposure for at least a few days after your treatment.
What will I need to do after the treatment?
A home skincare regime will be recommended to maintain the results of your treatment.
*Individual results may vary.
