The Night Before Christmas

It was the night before Christmas, Vermont all covered in snow

When here at Skin Deep we were ready to go.

The laundry was washed, dried and folded with care

Eye cream sold out; part of our clients’ welfare.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter

I sprang from my seat to see what’s the matter?

When what to my wondering eyes would appear?

A miniature sleigh with eight tiny reindeer

“Maria! Kara! Come over here quick!

Drop all that you are doing: it is St. Nick!”

He had a broad face all lined with deep wrinkles,

I quickly grabbed the file that read Mr. Kris Kringle.

His droll little mouth was turned up side down,

His brows were all furrowed in a perpetual frown.

And when I took a look really close,

I saw there was hair coming out of his nose!

The lines on his face, they would be fine,

Because we had just ordered more Botox in time.

His cheeks, oh so hollow, gave him ‘most distress,

I told him, we can fix that with 2 syringes of Radiesse.

The beard on his chin though was white as the snow –

I had to tell him there is nothing we can do.

I turned on the laser; the docs worked their magic.

Thank Goodness his outlook was no longer tragic.

His eyes how they twinkled!

His dimples, now merry!

His cheeks looked like golf balls,

His nose no longer hairy.

I added a peel for some holiday glow,

Santa looked as good as new, and was ready to go.

But he had no cash, cards, not even debit.

Dear Santa, don’t worry, there is always Care Credit.

So if your kid no longer in Christmas engages.

As in “Santa is not real, because he never ages”

Tell him there is no reason not to believe,

Santa stops by Skin Deep before Christmas Eve.

And that is how he spreads us Christmas cheer

Looking the same, year after year.

Wishing you Happy Holidays From Skin Deep Medical Aesthetics!
